Job summary

A leading cosmetic manufacturer in Kuala Selangor is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Maintenance Department. The candidate will lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient production through effective maintenance strategies. Responsibilities include managing budget, improving manufacturing capacity, liaising with suppliers, and providing training to technicians. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s in engineering, over 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in maintenance or engineering roles.
• Proven experience in Manufacturing and Maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Maintenance Department and lead the maintenance team.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan, execute & monitor the department’s operating budget.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers for parts and services.
• Develop skills in mechanical and electrical systems among subordinates.
