The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires expertise in PLC, SAP, and electrical systems. Job description

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (SERVICE & MAINTENANCE)

1. To be responsible for all aspects of plant production machinery and equipment service and maintenance activities e.g to convert maintenance process notification to work order for the action needed.

2. To be responsible in TPM also to keep all required documents updated - for ISO 9001 QMS standard requirement.

3. To assist to liaise with the external vendor for the machinery and equipment maintenance

related issues for the betterment in relation to reduce the down time and cost.

4. To assist to coordinate with planning and production department on the issue of machinery and equipment break down, based on the priority as to meet the product on-time delivery to the customer.

5. To feedback to department head on service, maintenance and calibration matters.

6. Participate in task force related to safety, housekeeping, product development / root cause

analysis and others.

7. Motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work and performance,

company's rules and regulations.

8. Design and troubleshooting using PLC knowledge (Siemens Tia Portal/Step 5/Omron/ Mitsubishi troubleshooting.

9. Troubleshoot and solve DC Drives, inverters, sensors, control wiring, and reading electrical drawings problems.

10. To handle and report daily breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis.

11. Experience using SAP for maintenance-related transactions.

12. To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior.
