Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Executive in all maintenance-related activities.
• Carry out machinery and equipment repairing, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Support facility maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and basic handyman tasks.
• Liaise with production operators to understand and address equipment issues.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with ISO 9001 requirements and internal Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance works when required.

Skills

Basic electrical & mechanical knowledge

Able to perform hands‑on maintenance work

Good communication skills

Computer literate (basic reporting)

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn

Education

SPM / Diploma (preferred)

🔧 Position: Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the upkeep, repair, and servicing of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure. You will work closely with our Maintenance Executive and production teams to maintain smooth daily operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Executive in all maintenance-related activities.

• Carry out machinery and equipment repairing, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Support facility maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and basic handyman tasks.

• Liaise with production operators to understand and address equipment issues.

• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with ISO 9001 requirements and internal Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance works when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (preferred).

• Certifications in Mechanic, Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields are an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or a similar role.

Skills

• Basic electrical & mechanical knowledge.

• Able to perform hands‑on maintenance work.
