• Installation and Troubleshooting Printers and related finishing equipment at customer site.
• Service and repair machineries to smoothen customer manufacturing process.
• Train users to be proficient in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Support sales team in Pre-Sales of equipment.
• Complete all relevant technical reports on time and in a professional manner.
