BRAMA IMPRESA SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time role and will play a vital part in the successful delivery of our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out detailed take-offs and measurements for mechanical and electrical (M&E) works
• Preparing and analyzing M&E cost estimates and budgets
• Negotiating and agreeing on M&E contract terms and conditions with subcontractors
• Monitoring and controlling M&E project costs to ensure they remain within budget
• Identifying and mitigating potential M&E cost overruns
• Preparing and submitting regular M&E cost reports and progress updates
• Providing technical advice and support to the project management team

What we're looking for

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction industry
• Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent knowledge of M&E systems, construction methods, and cost management principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in using cost estimation and project management software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
• Able to carry out any other tasks requested by Management
