About the role

TG INTERIOR DECOR SDN BHD is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects for our wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E projects from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the work of M&E technicians and subcontractors, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency measures.
• Prepare detailed project reports, budgets, and other documentation as required.
• Lead overall M&E project execution and strategy.
• Continually seek ways to improve project management processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree/Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an M&E Project Manager, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex M&E projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations and standards.
