Overview

We are representing our client a Mechanical & Electrical Service Provider (Industrial Construction Industry) to look for M&E Project Engineer (Data Centre).

Location: Site in Sedenak, Johor (Accommodation provided)
Company HQ: Kota Damansara, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in drafting of electrical building services (Single-line diagram, lighting & small power layout, ELV, lightning protection system, infrastructure) using AutoCAD
• Experienced in M&E system design, engineering calculation, and tabulation in accordance with Malaysia Standard (MS) and British Standard (BS)
• Report to site Project Manager with electrical project establishment.
• Estimate resources and personnel needed to achieve project goals.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team.
• Track project progress and milestones, and deliver regular reports.
• Review design in the M&E drawings.
• Understand LV, MV and HT system interfacing with Solar, Data hall and conventional project.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical) recognized by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and possess at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Familiar with Construction environment and full monitoring.
• Knowledge of BIM and renewable energy will be an added advantage.
• You must be willing to work extended hours (if needed).
• Willing to be based at any location if needed.

Job details

• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm) & Sat (9.00am - 1.00pm)
