Raiden M & E Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented M&E Drafter / BIM Drafter to join our team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings, utilizing BIM software when required. This role involves working closely with our project teams to ensure the accurate delivery of high‑quality design documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed M&E drawings using AutoCAD and/or BIM software (Revit preferred).
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining as‑built drawings and documentation.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues in coordination with other teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Experience in M&E drafting, with BIM (Revit) skills being an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and ideally Revit for BIM modelling.
