Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet halls and dining areas according to event requirements.
• Welcome guests with professional and friendly service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following banquet sequence of service.
• Assist in setting up buffet lines, plated service, or family-style dining.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Captain/Manager to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
• Assist in event setup and teardown, including moving tables, chairs, and décor when required.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
