  • Oversee the cleanliness, sterility, and functionality of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, including payment details, medical histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and procedure documentation.
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor client progress, assess treatment outcomes, provide counseling, and offer nutrition, diet, and exercise plans to support healthy lifestyles and optimal results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, empathetic care, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Comply with all clinic and centre policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to uphold industry standards and legal requirements.
