Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and logistics operations, including transportation and delivery arrangements.
- Oversee all warehousing functions, including receiving goods and issuing goods to customers.
- Prioritise urgent items in the supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to meet operational needs.
- Prepare warehouse instruments for the Sales team as requested.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely responses and support.
- Plan and track product shipments according to customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse stock systematically.
- Review CR orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
- Make special shipping arrangements when necessary.
- Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organisation.
- Deliver goods to hospitals, clinics, and customers, including assisting with loading and unloading.
- Perform monthly stock counts and maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the store.
- Prepare accurate monthly reports for management review.
- Handle any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse coordination.
- Preferably with experience in the healthcare industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
- Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.

- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
- Computer‑literate and familiar with inventory management systems.
