Job Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development programs designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of the logistics business.
• Rotate through departments such as transportation, fleet management, human resources, finance, and planning.
• Assist in daily operations including GPS monitoring, route planning, triptracking, and documentation.
• Analyze logistics data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with team leaders and managers to implement process improvements.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure timely delivery and service.
• Learn and apply compliance regulations related to transportand safety.
• Prepare and present reports on improvement progress, project outcomes, and operational suggestions.
• Support cross-functional projects as assigned by management.
