Job description

Third-Party Warehouse (3PL) Coordination & Inventory Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL warehouse operations
• Track and reconcile inventory at warehouse and in system regularly
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and stock transfers
• Monitor warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and SLA compliance
• Resolve stock discrepancies, damages, returns, and expiry issues
• Ensure warehouse partners manage Shopee and TikTok Shop order fulfilment efficiently

Import Shipment & China Liaison

• Coordinate import shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Liaise with the China team for shipment schedules, updates, and documentation
• Review shipping documents and ensure timely customs clearance
• Track shipment timelines and manage exceptions such as delays or shortages

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare regular inventory, logistics, and fulfilment reports
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams
• Identify gaps and implement improvements in logistics cost, accuracy, and efficiency
• Provide management with insights, recommendations, and operational updates

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise a small supply chain team
• Provide guidance, coaching, and daily task oversight
• Ensure team adherence to operational standards and KPIs

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4–7 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination
• Experience supervising a small team or mentoring staff
• Proven experience with 3PL warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and import shipment coordination
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; ERP or inventory system experience preferred
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills
