Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist (Solution Sales) with hands-on exposure in transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations to support business growth through consultative selling. This role focuses on understanding customer logistics challenges, proposing Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from engagement to deal closure. This position is ideal for candidates with logistics operations, carrier management, freight, or supply chain backgrounds who are keen to move into a commercial, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers to understand their transportation, logistics, and supply chain workflows, pain points, and operational challenges.
  • Propose and present customized logistics and TMS solutions aligned to customer business needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead engagement, solution presentation, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, logistics providers, freight operators, and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Logflows TMS, including system capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Implementation, Support) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics; prepare regular reports and forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with logistics industry trends, transportation technologies, and supply chain best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, transportation, freight, carrier management, or related fields (is a MUST).
  • Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics software, or digital supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience in solution selling, presales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
