Job summary

A global logistics provider in Penang is seeking a candidate to handle customer communication, coordinate orders, and manage inventory discrepancies. The ideal candidate holds an STPM or Diploma, is proficient in English, and is skilled in Microsoft Office. A valid driving license is preferred. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a thriving logistics environment.

Qualifications

  • STPM or Diploma required.
  • Certification in Communication Skills and SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Must be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate urgent or exception orders.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Update Warehouse Management System.
  • Maintain documentation and record-keeping.
  • Handle shipment discrepancies.
  • Support rework or screening activities as required.

Responsibilities
  • Communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Coordination of urgent or exception orders
  • Inventory discrepancy resolution
  • System updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Documentation and record-keeping
  • Handling shipment discrepancies and follow-ups
  • Supporting rework or screening activities as required by the customer
Qualifications and Requirements
  • STPM or Diploma
  • Certification in Communication Skills and SAP (added advantages)
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Excel)
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred
