We are seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage export shipments to ensure efficient execution in accordance with written procedures.
  • Prepare and manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Review sales contracts provided by the sales department prior to shipment arrangement.
  • Coordinate with store personnel, production planners, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure shipment readiness.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure smooth container movement and timely customs clearance before closing time.
  • Monitor export shipment progress, including container loading, trucking, and clearance prior to ETD.
  • Ensure delivered products meet customer requirements in terms of specification, quality, and quantity.
  • Prepare and manage export and pre-export documentation, including pre-advise, customs clearance documents, internal documents, and Certificate of Origin applications.
  • Perform SAP entry for invoices and apply BPM where required.
  • Check, update, and monitor container schedules daily, including setting and tracking daily loading targets.
  • Prepare necessary reports and highlight any abnormal or unusual shipment issues to superior.
  • Carry out ad-hoc or special tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics/Transportation or other relevant field.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Computer literacy essential with knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • High degree of integrity, maturity, and pleasant personality.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management.
