This position is responsible for managing and ensuring that all logistics services and capabilities needed to support Jabil’s IMAC BU /Program operations and Customer/Stakeholders requirements are fully effective. This position is a member of the regional logistics team and participates in formulating global and regional IMAC logistics strategy. Success in this position requires strong deep and broad experience/knowledge /expertise in logistics/WH/Hubing scope of work and activities; team management, managing multiple projects simultaneously, implementing and driving change, detail orientation, strong analytical skills, market knowledge, customer focus and sound judgment. The person in this position must also have strong team leadership, facilitation and communication skills and an ability to work in a matrix organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide global logistics and trade compliance leadership for all Jabil IMAC Program operations.
- Formulate and support logistics strategy in support of business unit/program requirements.
- Manage and coach IMAC logistics team and any other relevant cross functional staff (where applicable).
- Manage and lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work in coordination with the other cross functional staff in formulating IMAC Logistics & Trade Compliance strategy and capabilities to provide logistics & trade compliance support for operations/operating requirements
- Develop and drive productivity initiatives for IMAC BU/Program operations.
- Ensure IMAC logistics performance.
- Support customer sales initiatives and customer accounts.
- Lead or support dedicated customer logistics activity.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as and when additionally assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong; deep and broad knowledge and practitioner of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable BU’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum BU’s footprint; KPIs
- Leadership/managerial skills
- Proven record of influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimal bachelor’s degree required.
- 7 - 10 years of significant international and regional logistics experience or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated high performance orientation, strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, negotiating ability, sound judgment and communication skills.
- Strong Project management as well as overall general leadership skills.
- Must be able to influence senior management through well-formulated business presentations.
- Must have ability and willingness to work and lead focused team within a matrix organization.
