  • Prepare and submit customs documents, permits, and licenses promptly.
  • Address customs inquiries and maintain smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on customs regulations and assist in company policy updates.
  • Verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, receipts).
  • Maintain accurate transaction records for audits and compliance.
  • Resolve logistical challenges to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales and business operations teams on logistics activities.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and partners.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
