Job Responsibility

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible of but not limited to:

• On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at gateway sorting center.
• Coordinating with regional driver team.
• Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
• Timely handling abnormal situations of vehicles, report to relevant units or departments.
• Communicating with gateway staffs for smooth operation.
• JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.
• Ensuring all the vehicles depart and arrive on time.
• Daily report.
• Adhoc task assigned by superior.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Educational background in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field of study.
• Candidates must possess at least Degree.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
