1. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, including local and international deliveries.
  • Track shipment status and update delivery schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
2. Import & Export Documentation Support
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
  • Assist in import and export documentation including customs declarations, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities for shipment clearance.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Support
  • Assist in monitoring inventory movement between warehouse, production, and customers.
  • Support warehouse operations including stock receiving, issuing, labeling, and FIFO practices.
  • Assist in stock counts and investigate discrepancies under supervision.
4. Coordination & Communication
  • Communicate with internal departments (production, warehouse, sales, and finance) regarding delivery schedules and material availability.
  • Update shipment and inventory records in the system accurately and on time.
  • Handle basic logistics-related inquiries and follow up on issues or delays.
5. Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Maintain proper filing of logistics documents and records.
  • Prepare basic logistics reports such as delivery status, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
