A major global appliance brand located in Malaysia seeks a Logistic & Operations Executive to manage order processing and logistics coordination for e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in a relevant field and have 1-3 years of experience in logistics and order management. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, financial processing, and maintaining proper documentation. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
Order Processing & Logistics Coordination
Manage invoice download, upload, and expense breakdown for every order across all e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate the entire order fulfilment process within the logistics system, sending daily order files to the e-commerce vendor at scheduled times.
Track the status of each order to ensure timely and accurate delivery within the customer-required time frame.
Handle process exceptions and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth order completion.
Manage reverse logistics for all return scenarios (interception, return, pickup), ensuring timely closure of each case.
Oversee e-commerce vendor performance through regular KPI reviews (On-Time Delivery Rate, POD timeliness, customer complaints, etc.).
Conduct gap analysis and follow up with vendors on variances, ensuring corrective actions and proper issue closure.
Follow up on all customer inquiries or complaints related to logistics until full resolution and satisfaction.
Financial Handling & System Management
Handle withdrawal, receipt, and amount verification for each bill across all platforms.
Responsible for payment processing, contract coordination, and reconciliation for category, logistics, sales, and other departments.
Verify and submit e‑commerce logistics costs in the system to ensure accurate and timely settlement to vendors.
Contract & Documentation Management
Follow up on initiation, submission, execution, and signing of e‑commerce logistics related contracts.
Maintain proper documentation for financial audits, contract records, and system submissions.
Job Requirement :
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in BOTH e‑commerce operations and logistics coordination, or order management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verification and settlement.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
