To coordinate and arrange sea freight / air freight to ensure timely deliveries.

Accountable for all export and import custom documentation, transportation and freight for export and import shipment.

Work closely with internal party, customers, freight forwarder to ensure smooth shipment progress and on time delivery.

Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, import & export.

Monitoring of import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

To handle and troubleshoot any issue related to shipments independently.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Candidate must possess at least relevant Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma / Degree.
• Must be able to communicate (read & write) in English, Mandarain & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
