Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck and bulk delivery planning, including sales and delivery schedules
• Liaise with transporters and logistics partners for smooth import, export, and local deliveries
• Issue Delivery Orders and manage weighbridge operations
• Perform transactions and generate reports using SAP system
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams – sales, warehouse, and quality control – to ensure delivery requirements are met
• Respond to customer delivery-related inquiries and assist in resolving any issues
• Prepare and organize shipping documents and support general administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements
