We are looking for LIVE Hosts to join our e-commerce team, focusing on our TikTok Shop platform. In this role, you will host LIVE streams, interacting with customers, and promoting our products in a dynamic and engaging way. As our LIVE Host, you will play a critical role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and strengthening our brand.

Responsibilities

• Host LIVE streams on our TikTok Shop platform, showcasing our products and engaging with customers in a dynamic and interactive way.
• Develop engaging and creative content to promote our products and increase sales.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product inventory and sales trends to inform your LIVE stream content and recommendations.
• Respond to customer questions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with audience in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features. Incorporate popular trends into live sessions to attract a wider audience.
• Monitor and analyze viewership data, engagement metrics, and feedback to improve the quality of live sessions and content.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Confidence and no shyness in front of the camera
• Previous experience as a TikTok Live Host or content creator is a plus.
