As a Live Host, you will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, interacting with our customers, and driving sales of our products and services. This is a permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements

• Experience hosting on TikTok Live; knowledge of TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate is an advantage
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
• Preferred: background in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
• Strong speaking and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills
• Must be able to work onsite at our office/studio in Kuala Lumpur

Job Scope

• Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase products and services
• Assist the team in managing TikTok Affiliate, including product setup, creator coordination, and campaign support
• Provide talking points and promotional angles to support affiliate creators
• Interact with live audiences: answer questions, share product benefits, and guide viewers to purchase
• Contribute creative ideas to improve livestream content and engagement
• Build and maintain rapport with viewers to strengthen loyalty and retention
• Prepare livestream rundown, ensure smooth execution, and troubleshoot during live sessions
• Monitor livestream and affiliate performance, providing insights to improve sales and content flow
• Support overall customer experience through timely communication and feedback
