Job description

Position 1 - Litigation Lawyer

The Litigation Lawyer is required to have AT LEAST 5 years of relevant work experience in general civil and/or banking litigation, probate and administration matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all tasks assigned, including conducting legal research, preparing motions, and conducting hearings.
• Work independently, remain disciplined, meticulous, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Perform tasks with minimal or no supervision.

Career advancement is possible in the near future.

Position 2 - Junior Lawyer (Corporate & Conveyancing)

The Junior Lawyer is required to have 2 years or more Post-Qualified Experience in handling conveyancing matters, including sub-sale cases and loans, and must display interest in corporate advisory related work.

• Handle conveyancing matters from start till closing.
• Work independently, remain disciplined, meticulous, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

Position 1

• Holds or eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate in Malaysia.
• Experience in law and court proceedings.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing motions.
• Ability to handle and interact with clients.
• Familiarity with court procedures and documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good command in Mandarin (both verbal and written) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Position 2

• Holds or eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate in Malaysia.
• Ability to handle and interact with clients.
• Able to conduct legal research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good command in Mandarin (both verbal and written) is a strong advantage.
