Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial litigation preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  • Advise management and clients on litigation risks and legal rights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective case management.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
