Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Experience in 3D rendering is a plus.
• Malaysian citizen or relevant residence status only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D lighting plans and 3D visualizations based on client input.
• Generate lighting simulations and reports that meet technical standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to recommend suitable lighting products.
• Read and interpret architectural and M&E drawings accurately.
