The candidate should possess a Bachelor of Law from a recognized institution and ideally have experience in legal affairs within a logistics company. Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal affairs in the private sector is essential.
• Preferable experience in a logistics company.
• Possesses own vehicle is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Proof‑reads, drafts, reviews contracts and negotiates internally & externally.
• Liaises with government bodies/local authorities, external lawyers, outsource vendors, internal managers.
• Handles KPDNKK Tribunal Claim with relevant authorities.

Job Responsibilities

• Proof‑reads, drafts, reviews contracts and negotiates internally & externally
• Raises contracts approval in legal system and liaises with internal lawyer – HQ & RHQ
• Ensures contracts are legally binding – sign & stamp
• Liaises with government bodies/local authorities, external lawyers, outsource vendors, internal managers, building management
• Raises internal approval related to administrative tasks
• File and retrieves agreements/legal documents
• Liaises with Company Secretary & other departments on related secretarial documents
• Handles KPDNKK Tribunal Claim with relevant authorities and department
• Performs ad‑hoc jobs assigned by management

Requirements

• Qualification – Bachelor of Law from local universities or the UK
• Preferable experience in a logistics company
• Must have experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal affairs in the private sector
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
• Possesses own vehicle (preferable)
