The Content Developer supports the Compliance Content Operations team by producing accurate, timely, and informative environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulatory content for software solutions that enable global compliance tracking.

This role involves researching legislative changes across 70+ international jurisdictions, translating complex legal and regulatory content into plain English summaries and compliance checklists, and leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance content creation workflows while ensuring professional quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Research and track global legislative changes in EHS, maintaining workflow trackers and ensuring timely updates.
  • Create accurate written content by summarizing EHS legislation according to internal standards for compliance needs.
  • Develop and maintain compliance checklists that consolidate obligations for specific regulatory areas (e.g., accident reporting, emissions, waste).
  • Translate complex legal and technical content into plain English, making it practical for compliance professionals.
  • Apply legal expertise and analytical skills to extract key obligations and compliance implications from legislation.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows, including drafting assistance, validating AI outputs, identifying gaps, and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery, while managing customer queries and incorporating feedback into content enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and maintain accurate records of legislative changes, content updates, and workflows using project management tools.
Skills and Experience
  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Excellent research, drafting, reviewing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High proficiency in English for written and verbal communication, plus ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory materials.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with knowledge of legal terminology and regulatory frameworks preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple jurisdictions and deadlines independently or collaboratively.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • High willingness to adopt AI tools, including validating AI-generated content and critically assessing outputs.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a global team.
