Job description

A Degree holder, at least to have 4-5 years experience in law firm or law related background.

A good understanding of general legal principles and the ability to identify the different types of legal documents e.g: agreements, letter, memorandums);

Able to draft and manage legal documents and research materials for multiple cases at once;

Review and proofread legal documents;

Maintain professional filing system, both electronically and manually, to support the information and management needs of the business;

To assist research and to ensure matters are in compliance with the Malaysian laws and regulations;

To report to manager on any, potential or existing, legal matters;

Provide a high level of professional assistance and confidential support to ensure efficient operations by providing well-coordinated and comprehensive secretarial support;

Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients;

Able to work in fast-pace environment with minimum supervision;
