Lecturer cum Head of Program – Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise students.
• Develop, review and update all learning materials in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
• Participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
• Provide academic counseling and pastoral care to all students.
• Involve in campus activities when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
• Minimum two (2) years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience delivering or managing an Online Distance Learning program for the Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECE).
• MQA ODL‑certified for the DECE programme.
• HRDF Trainer certification is an added advantage.
• Good command of the English language, written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong commitment and passion for teaching young adults from diverse backgrounds.
