Position Overview

This position will be based in Anggun Rawang to assist the Leasing Manager in marketing and managing tenancy operations of Rawang’s leading street mall. The role also comes with excellent career growth opportunities as we expand a mixed development of new retail and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team leader to promote and maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Be involved in prospecting, negotiations, tenancy agreements and renewals.
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in market surveys to propose rental rates, and monitor competitions to stay competitive.
  • Assist in preparing leasing reports, budgets, and administrative functions including rental collections and handover processes.
Requirements
  • Min two years experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and tenant billing cycles.
  • Knowledge of leasing laws and contractual requirements will be an advantage.
  • Results-oriented with customer service skills.
