A leading retail company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Learning / Training & Development Executive. In this role, you will manage HRD Corp claims, coordinate training schedules, and deliver various training programs on company culture, product knowledge, and customer service. The position may require travel to retail boutiques.
• Manage HRD Corp (HRDF) claims, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance materials, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and training cost tracking.
• Liaise with internal teams, trainers, and external training providers.
