Responsibilities

• Support the development of organisational L&D strategy.
• Partner with business units to identify suitable learning interventions.
• Drive the establishment of a thriving learning culture.
• Identify learning needs and address skill gaps.
• Design or collaborate to deliver training courses.
• Partner with Training Academy for a holistic learning journey.
• Lead planning and implementation of digital learning activities.
• Manage external learning partners and accreditation bodies.
• Improve the L&D Dashboard for relevant data.
• Utilize latest learning and AI tools.
• Monitor usage of learning budget across the organisation.
• Coordinate with Learning Admin for training logistics.
