  • Identify and assess learning and development needs across the organization.
  • Plan, design, and implement effective training programs to support employee engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of training activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Manage HRDF-claimable training submissions and compliance.
  • Liaise with external training providers and monitor program quality.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions on soft skills and leadership.
  • Evaluate learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Support talent development initiatives and career progression plans.
  • Compile data related to sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly sustainability performance reports.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital learning tools is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess learning and development needs across the organization.
  • Plan, design, and implement effective training programs that support employee performance, engagement, and career development.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Manage the submission and documentation of HRDF-claimable training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reimbursement.
  • Liaise with external training providers and monitor program quality and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions (where applicable) on soft skills, leadership, and related topics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Support the roll out and execution of talent development initiatives, career progression plans, and talent management strategies.
  • Compile and analyse data related to our sustainability initiatives to support the company’s environmental and social and governance goals.
  • Prepare monthly sustainability performance reports, showcasing progress and outcomes.
