A leading telecommunications company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Learning and Culture Partner. The role involves driving the organization's learning agenda through the design and implementation of impactful learning solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to assess training needs, developing learning pathways, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, along with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

This role focuses on enhancing leadership, As a Learning and Culture Partner, you play a critical role as an internal consultant, enabler and collaborator – to drive learning and development initiatives, partner with business units to identify training needs, and design effective programmes. Ensure alignment with organisational strategy, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support talent development for business growth. Play a key role in influencing the adoption of the Maxis culture values and habits.
