Job description

We are looking for a Lead, Transformation Communication to be the storyteller, architect, and catalyst who brings this change to life across the organization through our communication channels.

  • Shape the transformation narrative – craft and embed the voice of M30 into all internal and external communications, from townhalls to annual reports.
  • Design enterprise-wide comms campaigns that inspire, align, and mobilise employees through digital, social, and face-to-face platforms.
  • Bring transformation to life – relatable stories from across the organization and region to spark the change movement
  • Empower leaders and change champions across the Group to tell transformation stories in their own voice and style.
  • Leverage industry-leading practices – integrate storytelling, data-driven insights, and modern communication tools (video, infographics, digital platforms) to drive engagement.
  • Connect the dots across the organisation – consolidate success stories, align sector narratives, and ensure consistency of message.
Requirements
  • Exceptional command in the English language both in speaking and writing
  • Experience in corporate communications, transformation/change communication, or strategy-related storytelling roles in large or complex organisations.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale communication campaigns tied to organisational change, culture, or transformation.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and content creation skills – able to distill complexity into clear, compelling, and human messages.
  • Strong digital fluency in multi-channel communications (social intranets, Yammer, SharePoint, video platforms, employee apps).
  • Experience in using state of the art communication design tools
  • Analytical mindset – able to measure communication effectiveness and translate insights into sharper strategies.
  • Highly collaborative, resilient, and skilled in collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders
