The Lead, Supply Chain will oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, cost optimization, service levels, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Manage and update customer distribution details per container, ensuring alignment with individual customer schedules
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the documentation and compliance process for all import shipments, ensuring timely clearance
  • Optimize container clearance procedures to improve efficiency and reduce associated costs
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective break-bulk operations, focusing on consignment handling efficiency and overall logistics savings.
  • Identify risks and ensure supply continuity through contingency planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations (supply chain/logistics) team.
  • Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
