• At least 7 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable architecture using microservices.
• Advanced knowledge in building high-performance systems suitable for enterprise environments.
• Experience in independent full systems design, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, and coding.
• Proven experience in a managerial role to lead technical teams.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and applications.
• Experience in successfully working with international teams and leading collaborative projects.

Get to Know the Role

As such, we are seeking experienced & passionate Engineers to join our team, you will have opportunities to work on multiple app clients with flexible programming languages. It is very important that our team members take initiative to identify problems, and have the right mindset and skillsets to solve them. You will report to Senior Engineering Manager, who is based in Beijing, China. This role is based in Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCM and onsite.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Backend Software Architecture: At least 7 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable architecture using microservices.
• Performance and Scalability: Advanced knowledge in building high-performance systems suitable for enterprise environments.
• Full System Design: Experience in independent full systems design, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, and coding.
• Technical Leadership: Proven experience in a managerial role to lead technical teams.
• Cloud Services: Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and applications.
• International Collaboration: Experience in successfully working with international teams and leading collaborative projects.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
