Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, and cost analysis.
  • Strong financial management skills and ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages.

  • Analyze plans, specifications, and documents to prepare estimates.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
