Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Bayan Lepas is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage production activities, lead operators, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Electrical fields and at least 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in electronics or cable manufacturing. Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is required, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role may require weekend and overtime work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on leadership experience managing production operations.
• Strong knowledge of production safety practices and quality control systems.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English/Chinese.
