The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring accuracy and speed in lead verification. The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have prior lead management experience.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Management Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound leads. This role is responsible for collecting, verifying, qualifying, and distributing leads from multiple digital channels to internal sales teams and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to communicate effectively across teams to ensure that every lead is followed up with accuracy and speed.
Collect and consolidate online leads from various digital sources, including websites, campaigns, webinars, events, and third-party platforms.
Conduct timely outbound calls, emails, or message outreach to verify lead information, assess interest level, and ensure data completeness.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., industry, role, needs, timeline) and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives or channel partners.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM and marketing automation systems.
Monitor lead flow, response time, and conversion rates, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations.
Collaborate closely with sales, partners, and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover, feedback collection, and follow-up alignment.
Track and manage lead nurturing activities, ensuring unconverted leads are re-engaged through appropriate channels.
Support demand generation campaigns by providing insights into lead quality, audience behavior, and operational bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in lead management, customer service, inside sales, or sales operations is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, including confidence in conducting outbound verification calls.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation platforms.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead metrics and recommend improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and partner teams.
Proactive, dependable, and customer-centric attitude.
Experience in B2B or technology/ICT industries.
Understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring models, and demand generation processes.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
