Job summary

A leading insurance technology provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Lead Analyst, Business Analyst to enhance Finance operations and IT solutions. This role demands strong analytical abilities, experience in business analysis, and the capability to engage stakeholders to improve processes. The ideal candidate will facilitate requirements gathering, manage testing timelines, and contribute to the delivery of IT solutions that elevate business initiatives. Job description
Lead Analyst, Business Analyst ( Testing)

Proficient in Case 360 and G400 system with experience in Finance related reporting.

Able to carry out the role as a Business Finance user effectively to interact between Finance users with Tech team by identifying potential IT solutions to address Finance users’ needs and challenges.

Able to write User Requirements and deal with Technology team independently by project manage between Finance users and Technology over IT solution, tracking of implementation & UAT timeline, design UAT scripts and participate actively in UAT till Go-live date on the identified enhancements.

Assist on delivery of IT solutions / process revamp to support various business initiatives

Required to involve in discovering workshop to understand the user requirement, process flow, user journey, etc

Perform requirements analysis, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic, business processes and workflows as necessary

Identity business needs and define actions to improve the operation of a IT systems

Create and updates system documentation

Manage internal stakeholders to drives SIT / UAT

Document requirements, evaluate scenarios, and execute changes needed to respond to requirements

Identify test scenarios, develops test scripts, and creates expected results for use in test cycles

Analyse test outcomes to ensure proper management and remediation of identified defects

Skills:

Working experience in business analysis.
