We are a reputable and established commercial legal firm located at Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru.

Seeking for THREE (3) Corporate & Conveyancing Lawyers with minimum related experience of 2 years and/or up to 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Corporate and Commercial Banking Loan Documentation
• Mergers, Acquisitions & Takeovers
• Foreign Investments & Cross Border Transactions
• Sub-Sales on Lands, Industrial & Commercial Properties
• Commercial Transactions & Business Contracts

Successful candidates will be guided by the Senior Partners of the Firm. Great exposure to wide spectrum of corporate and conveyancing practice.

Benefits & Compensation

High Salary for suitable candidates. The Firm pays yearly performance bonus every year even during MCO periods. The Firm also pays Monthly Incentive & Allowances to performing Lawyers and Clerks. Our last 2 years Company Trip were to Dubai & Abu Dhabi and Turkey!

Monthly Salary range from RM6,000-00 for Junior Legal Associates position and up to RM15,000-00 for Senior Legal Associates.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyers from any law school may apply. Priority for those who currently in the area of corporate & conveyancing.
• Fresh graduates who just called to the Bar or lawyers with less than 2 years of related experience may also apply.
