Job description

Corporate/SME Lawyer

• To handle Corporate, SME Banking & Conveyancing matters.
• To attend client(s), correspondence, preparing status report and other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Conveyancing Lawyer

• To handle conveyancing matters (subsale, developer, perfection & etc).
• To attend client(s) correspondences, preparing status report and others works assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Litigation Lawyer

Able to handle general litigation matters independently with minimum guidance.

Pupil/Paralegal

• Assist in preparing documents.
• Attend to other legal and administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.

General Clerk/Typist

• Maintain proper administration of files and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing related documents.
• Attend to other legal and administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Corporate/SME Lawyer – Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Able to work independently.

Conveyancing Lawyer – Qualifications

• With/without experience.
• Fast learner & able to work independently.

Litigation Lawyer – Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Good work discipline / team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Meticulous and good in maintaining files and status.

Pupil/Paralegal – Qualifications

• Work with minimal supervision and well-organised.
• Must be responsible, willing to learn and to take on new tasks.

General Clerk/Typist – Qualifications

• Work with minimal supervision and well-organised.
• Must be responsible, will to learn and to take on new tasks.
