Job summary

A legal firm is seeking a dedicated Accounts Clerk/Admin Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and perform administrative duties. Responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, good organizational skills, and basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office. Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Prior experience in a law firm is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Preferably diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, e-invoicing and filing.
  • Drafting bills and preparing financial records.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties when required.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff regarding billing and payments.
