Job description

Carry out routine laboratory product testing activity, including product failure investigations and report preparation. Develop and maintain documentation and ensure equipment calibration, validation, optimization, and maintenance. Support R&D activities on new product testing and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory product testing and failure investigations, preparing reports and initiating improvement activities (e.g., RCA, Kaizen, TPM, DOE, DFMEA, PFMEA).
• Develop and maintain documentation such as testing records, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Perform laboratory equipment calibration, validation, and optimization.
• Maintain laboratory equipment.
• Support R&D activities for testing new products and validating processes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with rubber and wire laboratory is an advantage.
• Analytical skills and computer literacy (MS Excel & Word).
