Responsibilities
To assist the R&D daily’s function and work:
- Compounding flavoring samples as well as trials.
- Ensuring stock level in the lab is sufficient.
- Housekeeping of RND lab as well as RND samples.
- Assist in flavor analysis for specification establishment.
- Preparing sensory evaluation (dilution of flavors as well as raw materials).
