Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Malaysia is looking for an Assist Manager in Learning & Development to analyze training needs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and assist in HRDC levy administration. This role includes budget management and evaluating L&D program effectiveness, contributing to a positive learning culture within the organization. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in LMS and HRDC processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) processes.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills in training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in training needs analysis across departments.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist in HRDC levy administration and tracking.
  • Implement evaluation mechanisms for L&D programs.
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Support ad-hoc HR and L&D projects.
